Construction Foreman/Supervisor

Pay : $20-35/hr (Based on experience)

Location : On-Site (Various Project Locations)

Requirements

  • Professional Experience in many different trades (framing, drywall, paint, finish carpentry, tile, etc.).
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
    Additional Requirements
  • Must pass a drug test and background check prior to employment
    Must be 18 years or older.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between project locations.
  • Must own personal tools withing 30 days of start date (assistance can be provided).

  • We are looking for a reliable, hands-on supervisor to oversee construction projects for our growing contractor business. This is a full-time position where you will manage and supervise construction projects, while also being involved in the physical labor alongside the team. As a supervisor you will be responsible for managing laborers, subcontractors, timelines, and ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards.

    • Prepare work sites by clearing debris, organizing materials, and ensuring the work area is safe and organized.

    • Perform routine site clean-up, removing scrap materials and trash, and ensuring the job site is tidy at the end of each workday.

    • Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from the work area as needed.

      • Ensure that materials are properly stored and accounted for on-site.

    • Maintain a safe working environment by following safety guidelines and protocols (including wearing protective gear)

    • Work effectively with the team.

    • Perform minor maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment, as instructed.

      Assist in the setup and takedown of scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures.

    • Travel to various job sites as needed, with mileage reimbursed for travel between project locations.

    • Maintain flexibility for different work sites as determined by the project schedule.
